What’s a love audit?
Basically just a space to take account of the love you’ve given out and taken in, consider all aspects of your life: self, communally, in your friendships, family, relationships,etc. The goal is honesty and reflection. The year is a third over; that means that you still have most of 2026 to decide what kind of lover you’d like to be this year.
Why is it a time capsule?
There are spaces to set goals and intentions for the rest of the year. The purpose of the capsule is accountability and opportunities for reflection in the future. Four months from your submission, the form will be sent back to you. A blast from the past, if you will. You’ll get to gauge the growth you’ve had, what’s stayed the same, etc. If you’re like me, you’re liable to forget all about the intentions you’ve set.
